The deal was to create eevee evolutions of the remaining nine elements so hah! here ya go!! And here comes their info, starting at the bottom row and going right:

~Reon
Ground
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + Soft Sand
This Pokemon tends to stay hidden underground for long periods of time. They are very aggressive when their habitat is terrorized and will attack without warning.

~Fuzzeon
Normal
Evolve by: Pokeblock Cute Max
These Pokemon are friendly creatures. They love to be constantly in motion and are attracted to anything soft or shiny. They make great pets and are caring but when enraged can be quite the opponent.

~Spireon
Rock
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + King’s Rock
Spireon are actually very docile creatures though their appearance states otherwise. They like to be alone and not disturbed. Every summer these creatures migrate to their caves and stay their until they decide to come out once more.

~Batteon
Fighting
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + Macho Brace
These Pokemon are always looking for an opponent. They are constantly getting into trouble but always willing to fight their way out. Batteon will defend whatever is important to them, no matter the cost.

~Zipeon
Bug
Evolve by: Level 30. Must have Silver Powder held
Zipeon love to travel in swarms. They are very productive creatures and are always on the move. They are calm creatures who tend to not be very much alarmed

~Tundreon
Ice
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + Nevermeltice
Tundreon tend to be hostile as their heart matches the ice in their veins. They roam about ice caves or anywhere that snow can be found. They actually love to be around an open flame.

~Floreon
Grass
Evolve by: Leaf Stone
Floreon can be found deep inside the forests or roaming about open fields. They are kind creatures and quite lovable. The exotic flower blooming upon its head is used in medicines.

~Wispeon
Ghost
Evolve by: Level 30. Must have Spell Tag held and have caught another Ghost-type
Wispeon gather at night in cold and damp places. They always wisp around and are quite the little scare-ers. If angered, they shall unleash nightmares upon the victums of their choosing.

~Veneon
Poison
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + Poison Barb
Veneon are very agile. These creatures lurk about in unexpected places and are so poisonous that if you are near one for too long, you may start to feal nausiated.

~Meteon
Steel
Evolve by: Level 30. Must have Metal Coat equipped
Meteon are rare because they always stay hidden. They are quiet but very powerful creatures. They love the smell of iron and are fond of armories.

~Wyrmeon
Dragon
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + Dragon Scale
These Pokemon are widely coveted. Every collector wants a Wyrmeon for his own. They are powerful and wise. It is said that if it allows you to touch one of its horns then you shall be granted longevity.

~Zypheon
Flying
Evolve by: Trade Evolution + Sharp Beak
Zypheon are dexterous flyers. Always in the air, they are a sight to behold. Their wings glistens in the dim light of dawn and are softer than any other Pokemon's wings.
